Thursday Thoughts

Well it has been a long ass time since I liked up for Thursday Thoughts hell its been forever since I linked up to anyone so I thought why the heck not so here I am linking up with my friends Jen over at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom :) If you want to see the Queen of Subscription box reviews you better get your butt over there!!

- It's Pay day tomorrow and 90% of it has already been spent on bills. If this is what being grown up in like I don't want it, take it back Id like to go back to not having to think of money haha

- I'm pretty sure my candle obsession has hit extreme I said this trip tot he US I wouldn't buy any candles because well I don't need any and well then Bath and Body Works happened and then I ended up in Yankee Candle oh dear :/

- I will be joining the Gym in Feb and I cant wait although I am pretty terrified at the same time haven't been to an actually gym in a while Ive always just worked out at home or go running but my ass needs to step it up!

- I want snow! I am so sick of seeing everyone else post about the snow and we still have nothing :( It was meant to snow today but nope its now raining yet again!

- I have so many TV shows to finnish its getting stupid how many I start get half way through and just go onto another one lol The ones I can think of off the top of my head are: PLL (last season), Face Off, Breaking Bad, Brooklyn Nine Nine, Hart of Dixie (1st Season).

- I finally signed up to Hulu Plus after 8 weeks of my US bank account messing up my debit card and OMG so many shows haha

Thursday Thoughts

 

 Yay I am finally get more on track with blogging again so its Thursday and that means its time for Thursday Thought and Ill be linking up with my friend Jen over at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom :)

- It is super freaking hot at the moment well I say hot I mean muggy and clammy yet we have no sun WTF England its freaking mid June give up at least a few days of summer! We need a storm and like now to clear this crap, the joys of living on an island huh?

- I'm getting sick which sucks big time! I dont remember the last time I was actually sick but I have the worst sore throat at the moment, headache and earache. Why I do I get sick in summer this should only be a wonder thing damnit!

- I know I will probably get a lot of hate for this but the older I get the more little brats piss me off! I think work has a lot to do with this some days all it can be is screaming children and I suppose its not the kids themselves that piss me off but more the fact that the parents either cant control their brats or that they just don't care that they are acting up and screaming and getting under everyone's feet. People wonder why I dislike most children!

- More fires are popping up over Colorado so freaking scary to me having so many people out there I care about but being 4000 miles away.

- So my hair is growing longer well one half is the other half isn't doing so good and its driving me insane I have even changed the side of my head that I sleep on to see if that helps but nope!

- Someone has been drilling or something but all I have heard from 8.30am is construction work and I went to bed at 4am not a happy bunny!

- I just had 3 days off but I know have to work 6 days straight I hate it I have no weekend and the days just seem to go slow as all hell!

Thursday Thoughts

Well I haven't done this in a while but I am linking up with my friend Jen over at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom for some Thursday Thoughts :)

- WTF is up with this weather?? like seriously we have a great week of sun and now its rain rain oh and more freaking rain!! Its freaking June and its feels like fall out there!

 

- My sister and I have finally figured out dates for when we are heading back to the US only 119 days to go until I see my Sister again. I haven't seen her since January and with times zones and work schedules we haven't been able to talk as much as we would like.

- So I started watching Arrested Development on Netflix I actually really liked it but the 4th season was complete and utter crap they should have just left it 10 years ago.

- I have been watching a stupid amount of extreme couponing and some show about sweepstakes and now all I want to do is cut coupons and enter sweepstakes to bad England is shit and doesn't have a lot of things like that.

- I really need to find some new shows to watch my main to shows The Walking Dead & Sons of Anarchy arent back until Sept even thought I keep seeing spoiler photos from set. Anyone have any suggestions I am thinking of checking out Justified.

- I think my hair is finally starting to get stronger and look better, I'm finding it inst breaking as much and its starting to even out at the ends :D Yay. I really need to dye it though but I'm kind of scared to.

- I realize most of my thoughts this Thursday are about TV shows maybe I should find something better to do with my life? lol

YAY 4 Day Weekend!!

I have seen really bad at blogging this week I just haven't felt good and that sounds stupid because its only sitting and writing but I just wants in the right mood to sit and blog but I am back and will be on the regular schedule this week :)

So lets get on to this weekend lets first start with the fact I actually got a weekend off and the fact that it was 4 day is pretty unheard of for me. I normal get 1 day off over the weekend or like my next 2 weekends I am working both Saturday & Sunday I hate it!!

Over the 4 days we have had a bunch of stuff done in our front yard so I wasn't able to enjoy a nice sleep in as they were ripping up concrete at 8am on Friday I was not a happy bunny lol

Friday - I was finally able to get my nails done they were well over due for an infill and a file down so much nicer now :) I normally love going to the nail place because I get on pretty ell with the guy that owns it but he has now moved to open another store about 40 mins away and well the staff he left are pretty bad it took me 2 hours YES 2 hours to finally get out of there the time management isnt the best. The weather went to complete crap as well so bought myself a little happy!

I popped into Sally's Express on the way home and they had a bunch of China Glaze on sale and well if you know me I can't pass up a sale on my Favorite nail polish brand :)

Saturday was a fun day with my sister and friend Laura (DinoMakeup) and went to do a little shopping and to go an see The Hangover 3. I personally thought it was a great film minus the giraffe part if you have seen it you will know what I mean and for someone who loves to giraffes that was sad to see*. The weather was pretty amazing so a a nice walk in the sun was great and finished the night with take out curry and a DVD night :)

Oh also Rita Ora was performing at the racecourse behind my house so all we heard all say was sound check and her singing in the evening Ill be honest pretty terrible...

Sunday & Monday have been pretty relaxed days yesterday I finally started watching Arrested Development after hearing everyone talking about it and well now I'm hooked!! and have watched nearly 2 seasons in 2 days** I also tried to have ago at making funfetti cupcakes you cant buy the box stuff here and well they turned out pretty good but still not amazing.

SO thats all from this weekend dont know when I will get to post another weekend post because well I dont know when Im going to get another weekend off which sucks!

I'm Loving...

- 8 Simple rules. Anyone remember that show? katey Sagal & John Ritter? I picked up the first 2 season for my sister as part of her Birthday gift for month we have been wanting them so we can re watch the show. I have been watching it for the last few days and remember how much i LOVE this show! Its getting to the end of season 1 and I kind of don't want to watch season 2 because 3 episodes in John Ritter passed away.

I'm Loving...

- Lush!! So I have finally jumped on the Lush bandwagon having not tried anything before this weekend I have already spent a lot of money on their products lol I am in love with some of their products they will def be in my monthly faves this month :) 

I'm Loving...

- MAC Cosmetics. So over the weekend I picked up a few MAC items that I have been eyeing for months and I now find myself stalking their website, Bad idea Caitlin Bad idea!!

I'm Loving...

- Corgi's! To some this isn't a huge surprise but I am OBSESSED with Corgi's and I seem to be searching them more and more on Pinterest. They are just the cutest little doggies with the short little legs and the adorable Corgi butts!!!

I'm loving...

- The fact my favorite TV show Son's of Anarchy started up filming the season 6 today, So excited!!

Thursday Thoughts

- Hopefully my Miss Glossybox should arrive tomorrow cant wait to see whats in it, hopefully it'll be a great box!!

- eBay annoys me! I ordered something for my twins birthday in early april from Illinois it arrived in 4 days (Umm WOW) anyways it was faulty so had to sent it back and now it is taking forever for the replacement to arrive. It better be here by Saturday.

- I officially have no TV shows to watch anymore The Walking Dead ended a few weeks back and Son's of Anarchy finished last night. What the heck am I meant to watch now TWD wont be back till October and if I cant find a way to what the new SOA when it airs in the US I have to wait till Jan/Feb of NEXT year not happy about that one!

- Next week I am starting two 30 day challenges Squats & Crunches I hope this will actually do something along with my running.

- I have only had the iPhone 5 since February but the Samsung Galaxy S4 just came in at work and the staff deal is crazy good MUST RESIST!

- Next few weeks I am finally back on having regular days off at work which means I can finally film some new videos I have been so annoyed at myself for not having the time to film once I get home from work :(

- My favorite candle is almost gone. I cant get enough of this scent smell amazing!

CSI/Criminal Minds.

I have always loved these kind of shows but I have been watching a lot of these 2 on the Living TV reruns. I have I think all of Criminal Minds of DVD now but I have been trying to get my hands on CSI for years with not have to spend a stupid amount of money. Plus I have always secretly wanted to be and FBI agent or a CSI I feel like I could handle the bodies for some reason even thought I have very week stomach haha, but seriously it would be such a cool job.

French Manicure White Tips.

So I finally got my nails filled in yesterday it was well overdue but I managed to snap 2 off and it just looked worse but for the first time I like in nearly a year I decided to go for white tips instead of a color. While have nearly 200 bottles of nail polish myself I am really loving just the french manicure look. This will probably only last a few days and I'll be bored with it haha

Summer Drinks.

I love that now the sun is out its more acceptable to order more for the summery drinks at Starbucks and Costa! I'm stupidly excited to be drinking Mango Passion fruit Tazo Tea and fruit blends :) So yummy!

Thursday Thoughts!

Linking up with my friend Jen over at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom again for Thursday Thoughts :)

 - I have been terrible at blogging and uploading videos for the last 2 weeks and I hate it! I didn't upload a video for 7 days 7 freaking days I normally have a schedule of a video every 2-3 days. I had to work a 6 day work week which means I don't have time to film or write once I get home I just want to sleep. I always mean to set write up a bunch of posts on a Sunday and just have them post everyday but something always gets in the way.

- I have to create a new Bloglovin account because I stupidly linked it with my real name so when someone I work with decided to Google my name it showed up. I know this may sounds stupid to some but I work with 5 guys they don't understand this shit and when they can make my life hell if they want to I don't need to add fuel to the fire of what can we make fun of Caitlin for. I like to keep my work life separate from my online presence if that makes any sense.

- I have been sucked into the world of online gaming again, Yes I'm a gamer (Xbox and PC) both of my parents are PC gamers and have been for years I think I played my first online game at the age of 9. I know this may seen so strange to some people but we aren't really the traditional family we can easily waste 5-6 hours a day in mythical realms lol Imagine Penny from Big Bang Theory when she starts online gaming but we wash and don't have food everywhere lol

- My birthday is May 4th and I plan on shopping and well after I saw my paycheck with my Quarterly bonus in it just WOW someone is going to have to cut me off after a while lol

- I'm pretty sure I am going to have a heart attack at work one of these days the guys love to jump out and scare the shit out of me when I walk out of rooms, their favorite is when I walk out the bathroom I have attacked one with a mop once.....

- My Favorite actress Katey Sagal is going to be on Glee May 2nd and then again next season this means I now have to start tolerating Glee again, but the fact she is going to be singing in next season makes me want to watch it she has an amazing voice!

So I know its Tuesday but I had this all pre written for Sunday and me being be completely forgot to post it :/ so here it is just a little late lol

1. What is your shopping weakness?

Shoes! I never feel I have enough lol that and makeup a new product is out I always want to try it out.

2. What is your food weakness?

Pepperoni Pizza or Chicken Tikka Masala I could eat it all day everyday!!

3. What is your go to movie to watch when nothing is on?

The Blind Side I can watch it over and over again and still not get bored :)

4. What is your go to breakfast food?

Strawberry & Banana french toast from iHop OMG amazing!!!

5. Do you drink coffee? If so how do you take it?

 I drink coffee as long as its flavoured with a creamer my fave was the holiday ones from Coffee Mate in the peppermint. I also LOVE white peppermint mocha's from Starbucks yummy!!

 Rudimental ft Ella Eyre - Waiting All Night, So I have been OBSESSED with this song and video! I think the video is the reason I love this song so much its just inspiring it's the journey of Kurt Yaeger (a pro BMX Champion and actor) from losing his leg in a motorbike accident to being able to ride his BMX again.

 WTFSutter, Now I know most wont know what this is but if you know who Kurt Sutter is you might. So if you dont know who Mr Sutter is he is the Creator/Writer of Son's of Anarchy and every week does a serious on YouTube called WTFSutter which he answers questions from fans and gives updates on castings or any news for the upcoming season. Honestly how many writers or creators of TV shows/movies really take time out their day to make sometimes nearly 20 min videos interacting with their fans? I don't think I have seen anyone else do this its a nice touch plus he can ramble about the most random things funny as all hell!

Going on from the above Son's of Anarchy we are getting to the end of Season 5 over here in the UK. Seeing as I have access to the internet the season has already been spoiled and I know what happens which sucks but still my all time favorite show and well this image just explains it all...

for anyone that does watch sons my little opinion the season so far: I miss Opie, Tara annoys me as the episodes go by but maybe that's because I love Gemma so much? I want to hate Clay for causing all the shit he has but Ron Perlman plays him so I just cant lol

MisterEpicMann, right I found this guy on YouTube about a month or so ago and he had around 10k subscribers if that and now he is on well over a Million!! I seriously recommend watching the Patients Tests 1 & 2 and How Animals Eat Their Food You will be crying from laughter I sure as hell did.

 I'm pretty sure I joined Twitter WAY before people really knew what it was I mean there was like no celebrities on there or anything. Not sure when it was made but pretty soon after that lol

2. Who is your favorite non-celeb to follow?

*Ok I thought about it and changed my mind on this lol*
Fave Non - celeb person I follow is @MissKelliJones she is the Costume designer for Sons of Anarchy You have to have the right sense of humor to find her funny or like her tweets but I love it!

3. Who is your favorite celeb to follow?

 Hands down Ron Perlman (@perlmutations) he is freaking hilarious! I normally cant stand people that tweet celebrities asking for tweets back but he does reply to a lot of fans and his comments always make be laugh.

 

4. Have you ever had a celeb respond to a tweet?

 I've had a few Youtubers reply to be in the past and Dog the Bounty Hunter DM'd me about something way back but no one really famous. 

5. What is your favorite store/brand to follow? 

 Bath & Body Works I am obsessed with them I wish they would just bring the brand to the UK already!!

- I literally just got done watching The Cabin in the Woods I honestly have no idea what the film was about or what the point in it was, am I being really dumb? Anyone want to explain?

- May 4th is my birthday and I am freaking the hell out about turning 22 and having nothing to show for it :/

- I don't think I am every going to be happy with my makeup organization I so badly wish I could just find acrylic draw inserts or just acrylic storage.

- Cant wait for tomorrow to be over with I actually have the weekend off :D

- I started the 30 day Squat challenge today I hope I see some results after the 30 days or I'm going to be PISSED lol

- I am seriously OBSESSED with Imagine Dragons - Radioactive cant get enough of it!

- I wonder how many hours of my life I waste watching gag reels of my fave TV shows on YouTube seriously its like my version of funny cat videos.

My Quote wall above my TV,  Its is filled with some of my favorite quotes from TV shows I thought it would fit perfectly and with the space I have around it I can add more If I want to :) I hung these so no doubt they are totally wonky lol  I think my 3 all time faves are the karen walker (Will&Grace) , Bobby Singer (Supernatural) & Meredith Grey ones (Grey's Anatomy).

Mane 'N' Tail Deep Moisturizing Shampoo & Condition and Mane 'N' Tail hair strengthener leave in condition. The BEST products ever!! My hair snaps a lot due to previous hair coloring, heat tool etc which has been driving me insane so I have been searching high and low online to see what I could find to help strengthen my hair and so far this have been AMAZING!!

Yes I know its like a teenager version of Pinterest with Gif sets about there favorite TV shows but honestly I LOVE it lol I don't care that I am nearly 22 I am still a kid at heart and although it does spoil pretty much every TV show I love *cough* The walking dead & Sons of Anarchy *cough* and I end up finding out my fave character has been killed but hey lol

eBay Eyeshadow Pigments.

Back in January I ordered a 60 pigments from eBay it was a mix of colors and glitter and for eBay the quality is amazing!! I used these colors today on my eye and I am seriously in LOVE!

 Ok so I couldn't choose just one I have way to many favorites on my Pinterest board!! I seriously LOVE fall fashion and just wrapping up warm I'm not a big fan of the cold but i think fall clothing is just so fun to put together. I am more of the simple kinda girl so jean, leather jacket & boots are my kind of outfit :)

2. What is your favorite food pin?

 I don't think I have ever pinned a wedding pin onto a board so I thought why not go look in the wedding section and see what I like and one of the first pins that appeared was this CTFxC wedding picture. Im pretty sure Charles and Alli's wedding was the biggest wedding of the Internet world they have over 3 million view on their wedding video alone! I honestly loved the whole wedding but really liked this picture.

4. What is your favorite DIY/craft pin?

Ok lets just all take a minute and think about how freaking adorable the Corgi is go on just a minute....ok so I am obsessed with Corgi's!! I really want one, only thing I think that is truly British in me I can own one just like Queenie hehe
